What is Biyaheroes?
Biyaheroes is crafting the easiest way to travel locally. Our first phase is focused on providing our fellow commuters with a convenient way to book their public transport online.
What routes do you currently offer?
With the current pandemic, we offer daily bus trips via Partas to/from Cubao, Vigan, Bangued Abra, and Laoag. This is currently P2P (Point-to-Point) with no drop-offs and/or pick-ups along the road.
Solid North offers daily bus trips to/from PITX, Cubao, Baguio, and Dagupan.
CODA Bus Lines Corporation offers direct NLET to/from Sagada, Bontoc, and Banaue bus trips daily.
BUNSO Transport offers Coron to/from Mindoro.
How do I book online?
You can book by going to Biyaheroes.
Are my bus seats instantly on-hold?
Yes. Upon completing our booking reservation form, the bookings you have made are automatically on-hold. Holding time varies on the payment method you select in Dragonpay.
Do I have to pay an additional fee for booking online?
Yes. Instead of charging per seat, we implement a fixed rate of P50 for bookings P500 and below or 10% service charge for bookings above P500.
We can be cheaper than the labor and the commute fare to go to a terminal and reserve. Airlines charge up to P200/each as an add-on just for choosing your seats. Now, commuters can have this at no other extra cost. Currently, payment settlement can be done via Gcash, credit/debit card through Paypal, and online banking (BPI/BDO).
The convenience becomes more memorable when the time you could've wasted impatiently in line becomes time longer spent with people, places (longer beach/mountainside time!), and projects you love.
What's the payment processing fee?
Payment processing fee is the charge applied by the payment option.
How do I confirm my booking?
You can confirm your booking by paying the amount total within the holding time window. Reservations made beyond this holding period are automatically cancelled and seats chosen are reopened.
Where can I pay?
You can pay instantly via credit/debit card through Paypal, Gcash, credit/debit card through Paypal, and online banking (BPI/BDO). Payment is automatically confirmed. Please note that Dragonpay may require an additional verification step for online banking.
Oh no, I didn’t receive any booking notifications! What do I do?
Travel confirmations may take up to one day. We send notifications on both SMS and email to ensure that you get your reservation vouchers. This might have been flagged as spam, so kindly check your folder. If it’s still not there and you haven’t gotten an SMS after one day of your payment, you can contact us at +63917 535 1501 (You can Viber, Whatsapp, Telegram, LINE, KakaoTalk, and WeChat us as well), (02) 507-8575 and/or send us an email at email@example.com. We will address this concern as soon as possible.
What do I prepare for on the day of my trip?
Please ensure that you have a printed copy of the voucher, your proof of payment, valid IDs, and the LGU requirements of your destination.
What time should I be at the terminal?
Please be at the terminal on/before your check-in time indicated at the voucher.
Is my voucher my actual ticket?
No. Your voucher needs to be checked by the ticketing officer at the window or information booth. They will exchange it with an actual one. Partas passengers can proceed to the advanced ticketing window to claim them.
I’m at the bus terminal already. How do I exchange my voucher for actual bus ticket/s?
Proceed to the Biyaheroes Lane to claim your actual bus tickets. If a ticketing or information booth is not present at your departure terminal, you can inquire this to the conductor immediately.
What happens if my trip got delayed?
We shall inform you ahead of time should there be any changes with your departure. However, trips may be delayed without prior announcement due to unforeseen weather, road, and traffic conditions.

We prioritize your safety and well-being, and rest-assured our public transport partners will get you to your destination as soon as possible.

Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the transport partner. Please note that online service charge as well as payment processing fees are non-refundable.
