Here are the requirements and guidelines of Partas for Laoag-bound travel. This is also aligned with the latest LGU mandate.

• Only Fully Vaccinated passengers are allowed.
• Cubao - Laoag vv is P2P only. No pick ups or drop-offs are allowed.
• Requirements that must be emailed to Partas (reservation.cubaoqc@gmail.com) prior to departure or seats may be forfeited:
  - For Returning Residents:
  * Vaccination Card
  * Valid ID
  * Certificate of Residency / Baranggay Acceptance Letter
  - For OFWs:
  * Vaccination Card
  * Valid ID
  * Certificate of Residency / Baranggay Acceptance Letter
  * Negative RT-PCR test from country of origin
  - For Authorized Personnel:
  * Vaccination Card
  * Valid Work ID
  * Travel Order / Proof of work in Ilocos Norte
  - For Tourists:
  * Vaccination Card
  * Valid ID
• Face masks must be worn at all times. Temperature will be checked at the terminal.
